TRANSFERS According to the Danish newspaper Tipsbladet, Anderlecht is one of the clubs interested in Amin Chiakha. This 19-year-old striker was loaned out by FC Copenhagen to Velje for the past six months. Chiakha has already made his debut for the Algerian national team.

Chiakha was born in Copenhagen and has been playing for the capital's biggest club since he was 12. This season, he is on loan to Velje, where he is a regular starter in the league and has scored twice. He has already scored four times in the cup: twice in matches against clubs from the lower divisions.

According to Tipsbladet, Chiakha will no longer play for Velje after the winter break. FC Copenhagen has a clause allowing it to recall the striker this winter. Chiakha has also stayed home from Velje's training camp. Anderlecht, Gent, Rosenborg, and Basel are interested in the 1.91 m tall center forward.

Chiakha, who was a Danish youth international, now has two international caps for Algeria. However, he did not participate in the Africa Cup. His contract with FC Copenhagen runs until 2029 and his market value is estimated at €3 million.
