TRANSFERS According to L'Equipe, Anderlecht is one of the clubs showing interest in Pape Moussa Fall, the 21-year-old striker currently at La Louvière. The Wolves have Fall on loan from Metz this season, and the French club reportedly wants to recall him this winter to strengthen their own attack. Fall missed the first part of the season with a serious knee injury and only returned in mid-September. Since the start of December the Senegalese forward has been in blistering form: five goals in six league games and three goals in two Cup matches.
Those performances have not gone unnoticed. Metz, fighting to stay up in France, wants the striker back — something La Louvière understandably opposes. L'Equipe adds that Anderlecht, Club Brugge, Mainz and several English clubs are monitoring Fall's performances. Over the past two seasons Fall played for Seraing in Belgium's second tier, scoring 18 times in 41 appearances. He is contracted to Metz until 2029.
