TRANSFERS Negotiations with Antoine Sibierski are now moving forward. Some sources describe only exploratory talks, while others speak of 'advanced negotiations'. Sibierski appears to be the current frontrunner. Vincent Mannaert was also mentioned earlier, but he does not seem keen on a quick return to club football.
The search for a new coach now seems to have been put on the back burner. It is quite possible that Jérémy Taravel, who picked up important points against Zulte Waregem, will see out the season. Taravel is also very well regarded within the playing squad, which is an additional argument for first appointing a sporting director.
