OTHER The Pro League has announced that the Belgian Cup final will kick off on Thursday, May 14 (Ascension Day) at 3 p.m. Tickets for this match at King Baudouin Stadium will be available starting Wednesday, March 18, through both clubs.
For Anderlecht, this is the second consecutive cup final. Opponent Union was drawn as the “home team” and won the cup in 2024. Anderlecht won its last Belgian Cup in 2008.
Anderlecht has played in a total of sixteen finals and won nine of them. Unfortunately, the last three finals (against Club Brugge, Gent, and Club Brugge again) all ended in defeat. This is the first time Union and Anderlecht will face each other in the cup final.
