OTHER Jérémy Taravel feels that things sometimes get too tame in the Anderlecht locker room. According to the coach, more passion and intensity should be shown, including among the players themselves.
Although there are leaders in the group, Taravel occasionally misses the fire needed to perform at the top level. He emphasizes that emotions are part of soccer and that a heated discussion doesn't necessarily have to be negative.
The Frenchman draws on his own experiences from his playing career, where confrontations sometimes actually led to better performances. He now wants to see that same mentality reflected in his team.
