INTERVIEWS With a goal just before the hour mark, Thorgan Hazard stirred Anderlecht back to life. Yet the playmaker was far from satisfied with the performance Anderlecht produced. "We came with the best intentions, but didn't show that in the first half."

"We only got going in the second half," Hazard added. A reason? He didn't have one. "Football is sometimes hard to understand. Against Brugge you simply can't afford to make mistakes. Our first half was poor. We had too much respect for them, stood too far from the player on the ball, let them play their game and lacked aggression, especially from Tzolis and Forbs." That Anderlecht still created several chances to make it 3-2 after Hazard's goal gave him some hope. "Hats off to the team for that."
