OTHER The red card Thorgan Hazard picked up against Union could have an unpleasant aftermath for the player. The football association's disciplinary prosecutor is seeking to ban Hazard for two matches outright, plus an additional one-match suspension on probation. Hazard is leaving Anderlecht, but the suspension will carry over into other competitions. A three-match ban was deemed excessive because Hazard had no prior suspensions on his record.
He will also be fined €2,550. Hazard is reportedly in contact with Lens, but there he could be watching the first two games from the stands.
