OTHER After his somewhat surprising substitute appearance for Morocco in a World Cup warm-up friendly, Anderlecht player Ali Maamar will not be heading off on holiday just yet. Maamar has been named to the World Cup squad as a provisional replacement for Genk's El Ouahdi, who is currently facing visa problems and has so far been unable to travel to the US with the Moroccan team. Morocco are of course working to resolve the issues in time, so it remains uncertain whether Maamar will actually feature at the World Cup.
