TRANSFERS According to Tuttosport, Anderlecht is showing interest in Alieu Njie, a 21-year-old winger from Torino. Njie has been playing for the Italian club since he was 16 and is a Swedish U21 international. Several other clubs are also showing interest.
Njie made 15 appearances in Serie A last season, primarily as a substitute. He played in each of the last six matches. In early January, Njie had his moment of glory with a goal and an assist against Verona.
Before Torino decides whether to let him go (possibly on loan), new coach Ignazio Abate wants to see him in action first.
