TRANSFERS Italian sources see Stroeykens as a possible reinforcement for Parma. The player had been close to leaving Anderlecht for some time, but many clubs backed out of a transfer because of the high asking price. Stroeykens eventually extended his contract, but has not made much of an impact since then. His market value has dropped to 4.5 million.
