TRANSFERS According to Romanian journalist Emanuel Rosu, Anderlecht is showing more than just casual interest in Ștefan Baiaram, a winger for Universitatea Craiova. The Purple & White reportedly scouted Baiaram tonight during Craiova's European match. Rosu also reports that talks have already taken place.
The 23-year-old Baiaram is a product of Craiova's youth academy. Over the past two seasons, he has scored 18 goals and provided 10 assists. Baiaram also made his debut for the Romanian national team last year. His market value is estimated at 5 million euros. The winger still has a two-year contract with Craiova
In tonight's Champions League qualifying match, he opened the scoring for Craiova. Of course, ML Vitebsk from Belarus isn't exactly the strongest team. Craiova won 1-4.
