OTHER As has become customary in recent years, there is once again plenty of movement in Anderlecht's staff. CEO Sports Tim Borguet and CEO Non-Sports Isabelle Vanden Eede are leaving the club. Following the return of Jean Kindermans, Frédéric Delooz will once again take up the role of Head of Coaching. Borguet worked for the Mauves for six seasons.
After an earlier spell as a youth scout, he was appointed Chief Marketing in 2020, before moving to the sporting side of the club in 2024. Isabelle Vanden Eede had been working for Anderlecht since September 2025. After a review of the organisational structure, it was decided to part ways with Vanden Eede. “The commercial and operational departments will be managed differently after her departure,” Anderlecht said on its website. Delooz will again be responsible for guiding and supporting the youth coaches and, together with Kindermans, will oversee Anderlecht's youth development philosophy.
