TRANSFERS Anderlecht have announced the arrival of Oliver Antman. The Finnish winger has signed a four-year contract, with an option for a fifth season. “Antman is a fast and creative wide attacker who can operate on either flank,” the club said. According to The Scottish Sun, Anderlecht are paying £4.5 million for the Finland international, which works out at €5.25 million.

Anderlecht had previously already signed defenders Giulian Biancone and Leo Pétrot, as well as attacking midfielder Lukas Ambros. Antman moved from Finland to Danish club Nordsjælland in 2018 at the age of 17. Aside from a six-month loan spell at Groningen, he would remain there until 2024. Go Ahead Eagles then paid €1.2 million to bring Antman to Deventer, where he made his real breakthrough.

In the 2024-2025 season, the right winger scored six times and provided no fewer than 15 assists. Antman was rewarded for that standout season with a transfer to Glasgow Rangers. The Scottish giants paid €4.4 million, but in Glasgow the Finn never truly found his feet. In league action, he played just 696 minutes, scoring once and adding three assists. At Anderlecht, he now gets the chance to relaunch his career.
