TRANSFERS Yari Verschaeren has found his new club. The attacking midfielder, who had been a free agent after his contract with Anderlecht expired in June, has signed a three-year deal with Sampdoria Genoa. In Italy, he will run into a few familiar faces. At Sampdoria, Jesper Fredberg is sporting director.
