GAMES A experimental Anderlecht side this afternoon beat Reims 3-0, the club of former player Leoni. The goals were scored by Bertaccini, Flips and Pape N'dao. Reims are currently third in France's second division, three points behind leaders St-Etienne. Anderlecht fielded a mix of first-team players and Futures players.
Players who have had little game time so far, such as Stroeykens and Bertaccini, were also given an opportunity. Even Flips, who occasionally plays with the Futures, was handed a start and, according to LDH, did not leave a bad impression. For Camara and Hey, who have only just returned from injury, the match apparently came too soon. At half-time, the mauves led 2-0. N'dao made it 3-0 in the 75th minute.
Line-up: Heekeren, Antman, Keita, Petrot, Augustinsson, Flips (Abdellaoui, 52'), Kana (Ghale, 87'), Stroeykens (Amané, 65'), Winkler (Sarr, 85'), Bertaccini (N'dao, 65'), Degreef (Sylla, 85')
