Mitrovic will leave Anderlecht

TRANSFERS - INTERVIEWS"In the next few days I will announce my new club", Mitrovic said today in an interview. This signals his departure and Porto and AS Roma seem to be the only candidates remaining.

"I've had a good time here in Brussels, but it's time to move on for me", he continues. Apparently the striker already has offers from Benfica, Porto and Roma. Benfica is not an option anymore though, since they cannot satisfy Anderlecht's transfer fee. Roma increased their offer from 10 to 12 million, but that is still not sufficient.

So Porto remains the best candidate at the moment. They are willing to pay 15 million and add Diego Reyes to the deal, who would make the move from Portugal to Belgium. The Portuguese would also buy Imoh Ezekiel and loan him to Anderlecht for one year. Anderlecht and Porto have been doing quite some business lately. Defour came to Anderlecht and last season also Rolando was loaned to the Brussels' club. This last move was all but successful for the Mauves though, but that didn't change the good relationship between the two clubs. The final decision is expected to be announced soon.
