GAMES - INTERVIEWS Anderlecht lost against AA Ghent, a well-deserved victory for Ghent. Coach Besnik Hasi however does not want to see it all too negatively. "We got some chances in the second half. If we make the equaliser, the match can go either way", he claims.

"We missed many players and the first half was not good at all. We were searching for the right balance and gave away too many chances to Ghent. They could have scored twice but afterwards we raised our level. Too many players were beneath their level in the first half."

"In the second half we changed into a 3-5-2 formation, we took more risks and that paid off. We should have scored at least once and it can go either way if that happens. Physically we were better than Ghent. We should remember the positive things and look at the rest of the season."

Michaël Heylen had difficulties as right defender. "It's a new position for him, and the other team mates let him down. Any defender would have difficulties against Moses Simon", Hasi claims.

Happy with substitutions

"We have quality in this group and I have to get the best out of it. We missed two key players today, Defour and Dendoncker, and I hope they recover soon. Tielemans and Praet play in a different way than Defour, they are more attacking."

"I am happy the substitutions turned out well. Lukebakio and Sylla played very well. Sylla is good competition for Stefano Okaka, despite the fact that he plays in a different way."
