TRANSFERS - OTHER Claude Puel said no to Anderlecht. The Frenchmen is not willing to join the Mauves and build on a new team. A salary of two million euro per year could not convince him. The name of Rémi Garde is now being mentioned in Brussels as a possible option.

Claude Puel was Anderlecht's back-up plan in case Stefano Pioli was not willing to take the job. Meanwhile both trainers said no and also club legend Morton Olsen wasn't interested. It looks like the sportive mismanagement of the recent years is slowly turning against the club. Manager Van Holsbeeck has exhausted all the big names on the list. The only one left is Rémi Garde, former Aston Villa coach. Or is the unexperienced Enzo Scifo going to take the job as T1?
