"Never bid for Rodriguez, but interest remains"

TRANSFERS In the Paraguayan media, Anderlecht's interest in Alan Rodriguez remains a topic. The vice-president of Cerro Porteno confirmed yesterday to the radio station ABC Cardinal that he had spoken with Anderlecht, but that it did not come to a bid.


"We had talks, but did not reach the stage of a concrete offer," Víctor Agüero, the vice-president of Cerro Porteño, told the radio station. "The interest remains though. It is now in the hands of Anderlecht."
