'Verschaeren too expensive for Sporting Lisbon'

TRANSFERS The Portuguese sports newspaper Record reports that Sporting Lisbon have inquired with Anderlecht about Yari Verschaeren. Anderlecht would have mentioned an asking price of 20 million euros. The Portuguese club is not willing to pay that amount.


Verschaeren is not the only one who Sporting inquired about. It showed interest in different players.

That Anderlecht asks 20 million for Verschaeren, is a clear signal that they do not want to let go of their number ten.
