Gomez celebrates Premier League debut with big win

GAMES Sergio Gomez made his official debut with Manchester City this afternoon. In the home game against Crystal Palace, he was allowed to come in for Erling Haaland after 84 minutes. City won with 4-2, a final score that was already on the board at the time.


Last weekend against Newcastle (3-3) Gomez remained on the bench for the entire match. Wednesday in an exhibition game against Barcelona, the former Anderlecht player started. He played the first half and gave the assist for the 0-1. That match also ended 3-3.
