GAMES - 1B The RSCA Futures took a very nice victory on Friday. Robin Veldman's boys won with 2-3 on the field of leader Lierse Kempenzonen. Lucas Stassin scored three goals. Especially his first one was a gem.
Anderlecht played without N'Diaye, Ait El Hadj, Duranville (first team) and Michez (injury). At Lierse, with Delanghe, Tarfi and Brebels, those former youth players of Anderlecht were at the kick-off. The Pallieters had won their four previous duels.
The RSCA Futures started strongly and after only 12 minutes Stassin opened the score. He went after a deep ball, put himself through strongly and then dribbled three players before running the ball into goal. Van Acker brought Lierse alongside with a nice goal, but not much later Stassin scored his second. He kicked a cross from Masscho into goal in one time.
After the break Pupe fouled Stassin, who completed his hat-trick from the penalty spot. Top scorer Rocha was also allowed an eleven meter conversion after a foul on Lissens. Lierse went no further, although they had two good chances through Walbrecq and Rocha.
The young purple and white remain unbeaten after six games. With 10 points out of 18 they are currently second with two points less than Lierse. In three weeks the RSCA Futures will play their next match on the field of SL16 FC, the young Standard.
