Ladies win again

GAMES - DAMES The Anderlecht women's team recorded its eighth victory in a row today. It became 2-3 on the field of Zulte Waregem. After half an hour, purple and white were leading 0-3, but after the break things got even hotter.


Goals by Lore Jacobs, Charlotte Tison (pictured) and Marie Minnaert seemed to put Anderlecht on the way to an easy win. But Zulte Waregem, the number five in the standings, managed to score the tying goal immediately after the break and a little past the hour it even fell to 2-3. That was all that remained.

Thanks to this win, Anderlecht remains in the lead with the maximum of 24 out of 24. It shares the lead with OH Leuven, who also keep on winning.
