GAMES Anderlecht is not the only Brussels club still in European action. Union, as group winners in the Europa League, did not have to play this week and last week. As of next week, they will again. And they will play their next home match at Lotto Park.

When the draw for the next rounds of the Europa League and Conference League is made this afternoon, Union will be series leader and Anderlecht will not. That means Union will play on away first and Anderlecht will play at home first.

For that next home game, Union will move to the Lotto Park. Their own Duden Park does not comply with European rules and in Leuven, where Union played the group games, the club says it is reaching its limits.

So the next two Thursdays there will be football at Lotto Park each time. On 9 March Anderlecht and on 16 March Union.
