Negotiations with Besiktas? West Ham in action?

TRANSFERS - OTHER Turkish sources report negotiations between Kasper Dolberg and Besiktas. However, the Turks will have to dig deep into their pockets and no agreement has reportedly been reached with Anderlecht yet. There is also no agreement with Dolberg himself yet.

Mario Stroeykens was previously linked with West Ham. However, The Hammers would not formally move in until a few other players have been disposed of. But Stroeykens would be a top priority. 

The chances of both players still being in Brussels in September seem to be dwindling as ever.
