
1B - GAMES - 1B RSCA Futures finally returned to winning ways after taking just two points from their previous four matches. The Futures, who played the final half hour with ten men, won 2-1 at Seraing. It was a narrow victory: Devon De Corte only sealed the win in the 90th minute by converting a penalty. Pape Aliya N'dao opened the scoring early to make it 0-1 for Anderlecht.
After Barry was sent off on the hour, Seraing were awarded a penalty which they converted to level the match. Despite being reduced to ten, Anderlecht managed to turn the game in their favour and were themselves awarded a late penalty kick, scored by De Corte. The Futures are now 13th in the ranking but have moved further clear of the bottom teams in the Challenger Pro League.
