TRANSFERS After just one season with Anderlecht, Samuel Ntanda (21) is already leaving Neerpede behind. The forward is leaving RSCA Futures for União de Leiria, a club that plays in the Portuguese second division. Ntanda has signed a three-season contract there.
Ntanda played in the youth ranks in Belgium for KV Mechelen and STVV before moving to Sampdoria. Last summer, he signed a two-year contract with Anderlecht. With the Futures, he played 22 matches and scored six goals.
“I am incredibly happy and excited to join this historic club,” Ntanda said on his new club's website. “I can't wait to give my all for União de Leiria and help the team achieve our goals.”
