GAMES Transfer issues were not, after all, the (only) reason for the absence of Nathan Saliba and Moussa N'Diaye yesterday against Kairat Almaty. Het Nieuwsblad has learnt that Saliba was left out of the squad for disciplinary reasons. He had taken out his smartphone during the team meeting.
Coach Vitor Bruno takes a strict line in such cases. As a result, Saliba had to watch from the stands.
N'Diaye, for his part, was not 100 per cent fit.
