TRANSFERS Anderlecht have set their sights on Santiago Garcia of Gil Vicente as the man to replace Nathan Saliba. That is according to Sacha Tavolieri. According to the transfer journalist, Garcia has given the green light and talks at club level are well underway, but Gil Vicente are demanding a hefty transfer fee. The 24-year-old Garcia has been playing for Portuguese side Gil Vicente since the summer of 2024, where he made his breakthrough last season.
The Spaniard, an attacking midfielder, scored six times and provided three assists in 33 matches. Garcia has a market value of €4 million and still has two years left on his contract at Gil Vicente.
