TRANSFERS Basile Vroninks (19) is leaving Anderlecht and has signed a contract with KV Kortrijk until 2019, with an option for an additional year. The right-back was frequently included in the matchday squad this season, but after fifteen years he is saying goodbye to the purple and white. Vroninks had already announced his departure on Instagram, where he thanked Anderlecht and described the club as a “home.” After turning professional in 2024, he played 45 matches for the Futures. Last season, Vroninks was suddenly called upon in the European qualifying rounds, where his attacking qualities became apparent, but so too did his defensive shortcomings.
