Preparations for the season are in full swing for RSCA Women, who recently made a short trip to RC Lens. In this friendly, the purple and white women distinguished themselves with a 2-3 victory. The regular league consists of 21 rounds of play and runs until March 22. After the regular competition, the playoffs will begin in early April and conclude no later than May 24. Silke Vanwynsberghe, the 28-year-old defender of the RSCA Women, has decided to hang up her soccer shoes. Despite her relatively young age, she struggled with injuries. However, her decision to quit is not due to physical burden. Vanwynsberghe wants to end her career while she is still fully enjoying the game, rather than waiting for her performance to diminish.
