Szymczak linked to Anderlecht

TRANSFERS Polish media are reporting Anderlecht's interest in Filip Szymczak. That's a 21-year-old center striker who plays for Lech Poznan. He is also a Polish U21 international.


Szymczak scored three goals and gave four assists spread across all competitions combined this season. In about half of the duels he was allowed to start, in the other half he filled in. Last season he scored 11 goals in the Polish second division when he was loaned to GKS Katowice.

Szymczak's contract with Poznan runs until 2025. His current market value is estimated at 700,000 euros.
