Dave Cosgrove already left Anderlecht

TRANSFERS Dave Cosgrove, who was recently appointed as Anderlecht's new Performance Director, has already left the club, according to Het Laatste Nieuws. Officially, it is called that he is moving to the United States for private reasons, but the chances of his return are almost non-existent as people at the club were not satisfied with his way of working. Moreover, the timing of his arrival was very strange and unfortunate, namely full in the title race.


After this season, Anderlecht wants to see if there is still a possibility to continue with the 46-year-old Irishman who previously worked for Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool and Copenhagen. If not, his contract will be terminated.

Cosgrove was supposed to take charge of the medical and physical aspects of the club, but several members of these departments complained about Cosgrove's methods. In principle, different people remained responsible for the day-to-day running of their department, but in reality this was apparently not clear.
