Riemer: "We put good pressure"

INTERVIEWS Brian Riemer was pleased with his team's performance against Genk on Wednesday, despite the defeat. The players followed his instructions to the letter, he added, with good pressure and structure.


The defence left few dangerous opportunities to the opponent, Anderlecht held firm when it had to play low. He spoke a lot with Yari Verschaeren during the match to reposition and guide him. He often asked his team to put more pressure.

He went on to thank the fans after the match for their support during the 120-minute match. He concluded by saying that RSCA will need this support for the rest of the season.
