Anderlecht scammed by cyber criminals

OTHER Sevilla police have rounded up a network of cyber criminals and Anderlecht was one of their victims. So reports Diario de Sevilla. Purple-White lost some 500,000 euros.


The cybercriminals intercepted invoices addressed to Anderlecht. They copied them with their own account number. Anderlecht paid them that way. As soon as the money was on the account, the criminals transferred it to new accounts or withdrew it in cash.
