Official: De Wilde signs with Cercle Brugge

OTHER Cercle Brugge have announced the arrival of Nils De Wilde. The Anderlecht youth product signed a contract for three seasons, with an option for a fourth. "Once you have tasted professional football, you want more. I hope to make my debut in 1A at Cercle," he said on the club's website.


"I am happy that I was able to make my debut in the Challenger Pro League last season," he refers to last season with the RSCA Futures. "Once you have tasted it, of course you always want more. Let's hope I can now debut in 1A and play as many matches as possible. I will definitely take my experience from 1B with me, but I will look at it match by match."

"Cercle has a very young squad and that attracted me immediately. I also like the way they play football. Moreover, the team is incredibly close together, you can clearly see that as an outsider."
