RSCA Futures lose friendly game against Go Ahead Eagles

GAMES The RSCA Futures played a friendly game on Saturday against Go Ahead Eagles, last season's number eleven in the Dutch highest division. Anderlecht lost 3-1. Amando Lapage (pictured) scored for the Futures.


Go Ahead had already played an exhibition game against the Greek first division club Kifisia the day before. Then it set up its basic team, against the RSCA Futures players came into action who did not or barely played on Friday.

After five minutes, Anderlecht fell behind, but the equalizer followed shortly after the break. After a free kick, the ball reached the feet of Amando Lapage and the defender kicked the 1-1 against the nets. In the last twenty minutes, Sylla Sow scored twice for the home team.

The RSCA Futures played with what could well be the typical team for the start of the season. Marco Kana played for ninety minutes in midfield. Up front, Nilson Angulo did the same.
