Jelle Coen: ‘No question of a crisis’

GAMES RSCA Futures are bottom of the Challenger Pro League after a 1-0 defeat against Jong Genk, the former team of Jelle Coen, Anderlecht's current coach. Despite the position, there is no crisis according to Coen, who praises the young team and believes in their potential. The current RSCA Futures team is qualitatively different from previous seasons, mainly because of the lack of experience. Coen stresses that the players still need to grow and develop in different aspects of the game.


Tristan Degreef, an experienced player in the team, has since moved on to the first team and impressed in games against Real Sociedad and Standard. The chances of him returning to RSCA Futures are slim according to Coen.

Despite recent defeats, RSCA Futures' T1 remains calm: 'We deserved more points than we got in the previous games.'
