Anderlecht, after numerous substitutions, draw against Rakow

GAMES Anderlecht played a 2-2 draw against Rakow Czestochowa in a friendly game yesterday afternoon. Purple and white took a 2-0 lead through Kasper Dolberg (photo) and Moussa N'Diaye. In the closing stages, with many inexperienced youngsters between the lines, Anderlecht conceded two goals.


Anderlecht started with what might well be the basic team for the first European game in a week and a half. Remarkable: no Thorgan Hazard.

Goalkeeper Coosemans had to be substituted just after half an hour. As a precaution, he told the media afterwards. "I felt something and after an intensive week of training it is better not to take any risks," he told Het Laatste Nieuws.
