Cvetkovic is making a strong push for the first team

OTHER Mihajlo Cvetkovic continues to attract attention at RSCA Futures. Against Club NXT, the young striker was once again decisive with two goals, nearly leading his team to victory.


Despite playing with ten after Kanaté's red card, Cvetkovic took control of the game. He even put the Purple & White ahead with his second goal, although Club NXT managed to equalize in the closing stages. Nevertheless, the striker was the standout performer of the evening.

After the match, Cvetkovic was clear about his ambitions: "That's why I came to Anderlecht. I want to show that I'm ready for the first team. My goal is to take that step, even though I feel comfortable with the Futures."

His hunger for goals and visible progress make him an increasingly serious option for Besnik Hasi and the first team. Cvetkovic shows every week that he's ready to take the next step in the purple and white jersey.
