GAMES Morocco lost its final group match at the U20 World Cup 1-0 to Mexico. The Moroccans had already secured first place in the group and started with Ali Maamar and Anas Tajaouart.
Five minutes after the break, Tajaouart made an unfortunate handball as he turned away. Mexico's Gilberto Mora made no mistake from the penalty spot.
Maamar was replaced after 73 minutes by former Anderlecht player Ismael Baouf. Tajaouart was substituted after 86 minutes.
