Bourdeaud’hui referee at Lotto Park

GAMES The Belgian Football Association has announced the appointments for the league match between Anderlecht and KV Mechelen, which will be played tonight at Lotto Park. Simon Bourdeaud'hui will take charge of the match, which will see considerable pressure on the Purple & White.


Bourdeaud'hui will be assisted on the sidelines by assistants Michael Geerolf and Michiel De Cuyper. Lawrence Visser will act as the fourth official. In the VAR center, Nicolas Laforge (VAR) and Quentin Blaise (AVAR) will handle the video feeds, while Jonas Timmermans will act as Review Officer.

For Anderlecht, the match is crucial: after weeks of inconsistent performances, coach Besnik Hasi urgently needs a win to safeguard his position. It will also be a major test for KV Mechelen, who started the season surprisingly strongly, in a sold-out Lotto Park.
