Goalkeeper Seghers extends contract until 2028

YOUTH Mattis Seghers, the 16-year-old goalkeeper of Anderlecht's U18 team, has extended his contract with RSC Anderlecht until 2028. The club announced this today. “Mattis is a dedicated and talented young goalkeeper with both feet firmly on the ground,” says Silvio Proto, goalkeeper coordinator at RSC Anderlecht.

Seghers signed his first professional contract in January 2024, initially for a period of three years. He has now extended that agreement until 2028.
