Goalkeeper Seghers extends contract until 2028

TRANSFERS Mattis Seghers, the 16-year-old goalkeeper for Anderlecht's U18 team, has extended his contract with the Purple & White until 2028. The club announced this today. "Mattis is a dedicated and talented young goalkeeper with both feet firmly on the ground," says Silvio Proto, goalkeeper coordinator for the Purple & White.


In January 2024, Seghers signed his first professional contract, for a period of three years. He has now extended that contract until 2028.
