"Anderlecht made me the player I am now"

INTERVIEWS Youri Tielemans was elected best football player in the world U19 by football website Goal.com. The midfielder now reacted on that award. "I am delighted but still prefer to win prizes with Anderlecht", he reacts.

"I am very happy and want to thank all journalists who voted for me. I've been playing for Anderlecht since I was five, it's my favourite team and I have learned a lot here. They made me the player I am now. They improved my skills and I can still improve."

"School was important the past few years but life is more balanced now", Tielemans states. "In my free time I visit my family, play Playstation or watch football. Now, I want to win the championship title and we'll see what happens next."
