INTERVIEWS Anderlecht won against Lokeren thanks to a late goal of Lukasz Teodorczyk. "The goal was deserved. For us and for Teodorczyk." says Weiler. The coach also explained why Beric and Sa weren't selected.

"During half time, I noticed that the players were frustrated by the 1-2 score. They wanted to set things straight", so sais Weiler, who brought in a second striker in the 55th minute. "I wanted more players in front of the goal. I knew that cross-passes from the side would follow. I'm happy that Teodorczyk could score from a pass of Stanciu."

Weiler thought that Anderlecht deserved that third goal. "Also for Teodorczyk. Even in difficult circumstances he has continued working hard. Just as the rest of the team, he has shown a good mentality."

Newcomers Beric and Sa were in the stands. "I thought it was important to show them how we play and what the level is. Then they know what they can expect. Besides, they have only trained for one week, which is not enough."
