19-year-old Diallo again linked to Anderlecht

TRANSFERS The French website Footmercato lists Anderlecht as one of the (many) clubs keeping a very close eye on Samba Diallo's situation at Dinamo Kiev. Diallo is a 19-year-old Senegalese. Due to the war situation, a departure cannot be ruled out.


Due to the war, there will almost certainly be no football in Ukraine next season either. Players of Ukrainian clubs can, as in the last months of last season, temporarily play elsewhere. According to Footmercato, Diallo has two options: to agree with Dinamo Kiev on a final transfer before the end of the month or apply to play elsewhere between July 1 this year and June 30 next year.

A lot of clubs would be anxiously following the file, it sounds like. The names of Marseille, Lyon, Monaco, AC Milan, Leipzig, Borussia Dortmund, Club Brugge, Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Anderlecht are dropping.

Diallo was already in Anderlecht's interest a year and a half ago, when he was still playing for a Senegalese academy. In the summer of 2021, however, he signed a five-year contract with Dinamo Kiev. He did not make his debut in the first team yet, but in the Youth League last season the left winger scored five times in eight duels
