Manchester City wants Gómez

Manchester City is said to be interested in the 21-year-old left-winger. According to Sacha Tavolieri, the Citizens have offered a bid of seven million euros plus three million in bonuses. Anderlecht hopes for a higher amount.

Pep Guardiola's team saw Oleksandr Zinchenko leave for Arsenal and seems to have missed out on left back Marc Cucurella. Gómez is not expected to be running down the wing at the Etihad Stadium next season, however. The City Group would like to move him to Girona FC in the Spanish first division.

Purple and White bought Gómez from Borussia Dortmund for 2.25 million euros last summer. Last season he scored seven goals and provided fifteen assists in 49 games.
