INTERVIEWS - 1B RSCA Futures did not hold on to the lead it gained at the start of the second half in the Brussels derby for long. "We started the second half well, but after the goal we were too lax in managing the lead we had," admitted Anderlecht defender Loïc Masscho.
Less than 15 seconds after Enock Agyei's opening goal, Mickaël Biron brought RWDM back into the game.
The 1-2 was obtained after a break. Not for the first time this season.
"We will definitely have to work more on this next year. We are already doing it, but our stoppages really need to improve," said Masscho, who is satisfied with his first personal calendar year in professional football despite the defeat.
"I want to win every game and contribute every time. I am very satisfied with what I have already achieved. We end on a negative note here, but we can be quite satisfied. Next year, we obviously want to win as many games as possible to stay among the best in the league."
