'Anderlecht inquire about young Stuttgart midfielder'

TRANSFERS Italian sports journalist Gianluca Di Marzio writes today that Anderlecht were inquiring about the services of Alexis Tibidi. That is a 19-year-old French midfielder currently on loan from Stuttgart to Austrian team Rheindorf Altach.


Tibidi moved from Toulouse to Stuttgart in the summer of 2021. There, he played with the U19, but still collected two starting places and 11 substitutes in the Bundesliga last season. To give him experience, Stuttgart rented Tibidi to Rheindorf Altach last summer. With the Austrian number ten, he has already scored five times in 16 games this season.

According to Di Marzio, Anderlecht is following him closely and there have even been contacts already. Feyenoord, Genk and Troyes are also eyeing the attacking midfielder, who turned 19 in November. Tibidi is under contract at Stuttgart until 2025. His market value is estimated at €1.5 million.
